Once your teams are added to an event you can enter contact info for coaches, manager, and/or team reps. It is important to know that adding an email address does automatically opt them in for email notifications however it does not opt them in for text notifications, they'll have to sign up for text notifications on the public results page.
To add coach/manage/team rep contacts go to the Divisions page and click Bulk Edit Team Contacts.
On this page you can enter First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone # for up to 3 team contacts.
You can also add team contacts to a team specifically by going to the Divisions page, selecting a division, clicking the Teams tab, selecting a team, and clicking Show Contacts at the bottom of the page.
